LilLearners Data Deletion

Delete app and purchase-service data.

LilLearners does not create child accounts or ask children for personal information. Parents and caregivers can still remove local app data and request deletion of the anonymous purchase-service record.

Delete data stored on the device

Uninstall LilLearners to remove its local preferences and cached educational audio from the device. This does not cancel a subscription.

Request deletion of purchase-service data

1. Email lillilkidssongs@gmail.com with the subject “LilLearners data deletion request.”
2. Say whether the purchase was made through Apple or Google Play.
3. Include the store order or transaction identifier from the adult purchaser's receipt, if available. Do not include a child's name or other child information.

We will use the minimum information needed to locate the anonymous RevenueCat customer record and complete the request.

What is deleted

• The RevenueCat anonymous customer record that we can identify from the request
• Subscription entitlement and purchase-history data held in that record, where deletion is legally permitted
• The support request after it is no longer needed to complete or document the deletion

What may be retained

Apple and Google Play control their own transaction records. Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal records may be retained only as required. Deleting data does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in the purchaser's store-account settings.
