Us, Actually Account Deletion

Delete your account and shared data.

You can delete an Us, Actually account from inside the app. This removes the account and cloud data connected to it.

Delete from the app

1. Open Us, Actually and choose Settings.
2. Scroll to Your data.
3. Choose Erase account and data.
4. Review the permanent-deletion message and choose Erase everything.

Cloud deletion must succeed before the local device copy is erased. If an account belongs to shared spaces, deletion also removes those cloud workspaces and their synced content.

What is deleted

• The cloud account and authentication identity
• Connection-space membership, pairing codes, and consent settings
• Synced answers, reveals, planned activities, memories, and appreciation notes
• Notification tokens and attributable feedback or suggestions

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the app account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel a subscription in the applicable store-account settings. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase records required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, and legal obligations.

If you cannot open the app

Email lillilkidssongs@gmail.com from the email connected to the account and request account deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before deleting data.
