Us, Actually Support

A little help for every mode.

Us, Actually works on one phone without an account. Pairing is optional and allows two people to answer privately on separate devices.

Pair two phones

In a shared space, create a private pairing code on the first phone. On the second phone, choose Join with a code. Pairing requires an internet connection. If sync appears delayed, check both connections and reopen the round.

Answers stay private until reveal

For paired rounds, both people must finish before the shared reveal. The app does not use guilt messages that say another person is waiting.

Plus and Founding Lifetime

Open Settings and choose See Plus options. Select Restore Purchases if access is missing. One active purchase is designed to unlock Plus for both people in a paired space. Apple or Google Play manages subscription cancellation and billing.

Switch modes and spaces

Open Settings, choose Change space, then select or create Together, Long Distance, Friends, or Just Me. Each space keeps its own progress and history.

Export, remove a space, or erase

Settings includes data export and account erasure. The space switcher lets a person remove an individual shared space. Erasing an account removes the cloud identity and attributable content, subject to short-lived backups and legally required records.
