CalmNext Terms of Use

Simple terms for calmer routines.

By using CalmNext, an adult agrees to these terms for the family members who use the app.

Visual routine tool

CalmNext helps families organize familiar activities with pictures, prompts, checklists, and timers. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, or professional advice. Adults remain responsible for supervision and decisions.

Free version

The free version includes Morning, Bedtime, one custom routine, a starter picture library, Now & Next, Quick Next Step, spoken prompts, and timers. Features may improve or change while the core free experience remains usable.

CalmNext Plus

Plus may be purchased monthly, annually, or through a one-time lifetime option when offered. Plus includes unlimited routines, all picture activities, additional templates, and all routine views. The store shows the exact localized price before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the Apple or Google account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Restore Purchases is available in the parent-gated Plus screen. Lifetime access is a non-consumable purchase linked to the store account, subject to store rules.

Your photos and recordings

You must have permission to use any photo or recording added to CalmNext. Do not add unlawful content or content that violates another person's privacy or rights.

Availability

No app can be promised to work without interruption on every device. BrightByte may fix, improve, replace, or remove features while maintaining reasonable access to purchased functionality.
