Delete UntilSafe Account and Data
You can permanently delete your account.
Last updated August 27, 2026
Delete in the app
- Open UntilSafe and go to Settings.
- Open Delete account and data.
- Type DELETE.
- Confirm Delete account in the final dialog.
UntilSafe blocks deletion while a plan is open or a trusted-contact notification is still being delivered. After those checks pass, it deletes the authentication account and core application records, signs the device out, and returns to setup. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion without app access
Email lillilkidssongs@gmail.com with the subject UntilSafe deletion request. State that you no longer have app access. Do not send a PIN, one-time verification code, full plan, trusted-contact details, or another person’s information.
UntilSafe will use a reasonable verification step, such as a one-time code sent to the mobile number already associated with the account, before disclosing or deleting account-linked information. A request cannot be completed if account control cannot be verified.
What deletion removes
- Account profile and phone-authentication account.
- Scheduled and closed check-in plans associated with the account.
- Trusted-contact connection and invitation records owned by the account.
- Push tokens and private PIN credentials.
- Monthly-use and application entitlement records.
- Pending UntilSafe dispatch jobs associated with the account.
What may remain
A minimal one-way hashed deletion receipt may remain to document completion. Necessary security audit, consent, revocation, opt-out, store transaction, provider, tax, or legal records may remain for the periods described in the Privacy Policy or under the independent provider’s policy and legal duties. This retained information is not used to keep the deleted account active.
Store subscription is separate
Deleting the UntilSafe account or app does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Cancel the subscription separately in the store’s subscription settings to prevent the next renewal charge.
Trusted contacts
A trusted contact who only wants communications to stop can reply STOP to a supported text or ask the UntilSafe user to replace them. The contact does not need the user’s PIN.
